How are you different from other agencies?
Most agencies separate brand, content and media into different teams, and bill you separately for each. We run all three as one operating system, with senior people in the room on the work, not just the pitch.
That's why our average client retention is four to six years, against an industry average of eighteen months. We're built to hold accounts, not win them.
Are you a retainer agency or do you take on projects?
Both. We're built for long-term retainer partnerships, that's where we deliver the most value, and where our clients stay for years.
But we also take on defined projects: brand strategy work, campaign sprints, content production, paid performance audits. Many of our retainer clients started with a project and grew from there.
Who actually does the work on our account?
Ben and Kenyon are in the room on every account. We don't pitch you the senior team then hand you to a junior. The strategists and creatives who present the work are the ones who make it.
Day-to-day, you'll have a Senior Account Manager as your direct contact, with Ben or Kenyon embedded weekly.
How do you work with our in-house team?
Most of our clients have an internal marketing team. We're the senior strategic and execution partner that extends what they can do, not a replacement.
Day-to-day, we operate as an extension of your team. We sit in your boardroom, not your inbox. Where you have internal capability, we collaborate. Where you don't, we deliver.
How is pricing structured?
We work on retainer for ongoing brand and performance partnerships, typically starting at $5K–$25K per month plus media spend. Pricing reflects the seniority of the team on your account and the scope of the work, not hours billed.
If you want to start with a defined project a brand audit, a campaign sprint, a creative refresh, we offer fixed-fee engagements starting at $5,500.
How do you report and measure success?
Most agencies report on vanity metrics; reach, impressions, engagement. We report on the metrics that matter to your business: revenue, customer acquisition cost, lifetime value, retention.
You'll get a monthly performance review focused on the commercial outcome, not the activity. If a campaign isn't driving the result we agreed to drive, we'll tell you before you ask.
