Andersen Studios is a collective of storytellers, digital thinkers, graphic designers, photographers, videographers and strategists united by one common goal: To help brands build and invent worlds that shape the future. Our work cuts through noise, creates authentic consumer connections, and sparks creative thinking through high-wattage, intuitive storytelling. We exist in the space where craft meets imagination.

Ben Jones
Founder + Managing Director
Ben is an innovative, agile creative, who uses his background in traditional digital marketing and advertising to help guide heritage brands into the social age. His genre-defying photography and videography is loved by some of Australia’s biggest brands, such as ANTON Jewellery, Miele, G.H Mumm, Piper Heisdeck, and more, and his visuals have been used to build words for brands since he entered the industry in 2016. 

In 2020, he co-founded Northbrook Agency, and served as its Managing Director, producing social and creative campaigns for a suite of Australia’s most loved brands, including creating content, social, and advertising strategies for over 10 Marriott International properties. Ben uses his expertise, creative vision, and dedication to perfection to lead Andersen’s team of blue-sky thinkers, guiding the Digital, Social and Content departments from a unique, content-first perspective. His extensive background in fashion campaign photography, web and graphic design, traditional media and digital strategy allows him to always look at the big picture, and provide a truly end-to-end service for Andersen’s beloved clientele.

Harriet began her career as a diligent academic, achieving both a BA (History) from the University of Melbourne and a MA (Media) from RMIT, where she fostered her love of words, and developed an adoration for the power of creative storytelling. From this, Harriet began her career in Social Media, working with direct-to-consumer eCommerce brands and helping them harness the power of social as a tool to communicate directly with their consumers. 

In 2022, Harriet became Head of Social at Northbrook Agency, who were looking to develop a comprehensive Social and Digital department in conjunction with their pre-existing content offering. As Head of Social, Harriet was able to utilise her social expertise and studied background to help build Northbrook Agency’s social department into one of Melbourne’s leading social agencies, driven by her desire to create meaningful digital campaigns for some of Australia’s most loved heritage and emerging brands. Her clientele included Marriott International, Le Meridien Melbourne, The Westin Melbourne, Fonda Mexican, and many more. 

Harriet’s desire to help brands shape future worlds through narrative-driven storytelling, cutting-edge creative direction, and dynamic, impactful copywriting allows her to lead Andersen’s Social department through an analytical, rule-breaking, and innovative lens. Her dedication to the power of digital marketing and the importance she places on building a consistent brand story enables her to work with internationally recognised brands to shape their core identities across every consumer touchpoint.
