Fonda Mexican, which boasts nine locations across Melbourne and Sydney, positions itself as modern Mexican food with a twist. After initially launching in 2010, Fonda has been able to cement itself as part of the Sydney and Melbourne hospitality landscape through its commitment to fresh, fun, and accessible Mexican food that doesn’t take itself too seriously. Fonda came to Northbrook with the goal of giving the content and social media a facelift and capturing the 18-24 age bracket, a demographic that was crucial to their continued expansion.

Northbrook's biggest move with Fonda was drastically overhauling the style of their content - moving from ‘traditional’ food photography into a more dynamic, fun, and flashy style, designed to resonate with the key target audience. Video was key to their brand overhaul, and we currently produce 2-3 videos a week, optimised for peak performance both on Instagram Reels and TikTok, a platform we mobilised to connect with the 18-24 demographic. The new content has yielded fantastic results for the brand, resulting in a 470% increase on post engagements.
