Our process is designed to prioritise clear communication, collaboration, and to ensure we are able to effectively monitor the growth of your accounts, and maintain momentum across all key consumer touch points.
We will have a monthly kick-off WIP, where we discuss the key marketing and PR activity for the following month. Our focus will be on supporting these activities through your social channels, addressing upcoming paid campaigns, content capture needs, and ensuring strategic alignment. Many of our clients opt for content and social management packages.
Based on your shooting schedule, we will create social content tailored to your channel’s requirements, both in line with your long and short-term creative strategy and upcoming marketing initiatives. Prior to our shoot date, we will present you with a brief, a shot-list, and produce as necessary, including product and talent styling, talent booking and set design.
Following our content shoot (if applicable), the Andersen Studios team will present you with the following month’s key assets for review. This includes a visually planned and strategically geared Instagram grid, all Social Media copywriting, including longform copy and captions, a visually planned content schedule for any additional channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok), ad creative, recommended audience and targeting, and captured content for review.

You will provide feedback to the Andersen Studios team, and we will action all revisions. We strive for perfection with all of our clients, and so no feedback is too challenging, insignificant or complex!
After revisions have been actioned, all edited deliverables will be returned to you and your team for final approval. Once approved, we will utilise our scheduling platform to plan all content for the following month and set up all new ad creative.
In our end of month WIP, we will present you with a detailed report that covers the performance of all key activity for the previous month (organic, paid, content etc.). Based on this, we will make recommendations for the following month, and strategically adjust as required.
